Hi all, just a quick one.
I recently introduced a very young whiptail catfish (along with some Khulies) to my catfish community (I khulies arent catfish, but theyre too cute to resist!).
Everything is going ok, its feeding well, except for one thing.
My smaller hoplo seems to dislike it, but the whip tail keeps going near it, ending up with the hoplo thrashing the tail and splatting him into the sand....
Also, I think possibly my two hoplos are male and female, and may be grumpy due to being in spawning condition, and not being able to spawn (Their current tank after the downstairs tank leaked, has a black sand base, plastic plants and a strong external filter so no chance of a bubble nest really....
Anything I can do to curb the bad behaviour? or should I ignore it and wait for it to pass?
