me and my mate are going to make a light for his new tank and i was wondering how to make one


is it easy

is it cheaper then buting one from some where


any Information will be greatly appreciated

Depends on how big the tanks is, how bright you want it, keeping plants?, Do you have a hood to mount the lights in?

I think you'll have problems blowing the glass - especially if your going for a 4ft tube... I'd buy them if i were you

i made mine, eh... well i have this wall unit and it has lights in it, i ripped out the lights and took a peice of sheet like for cooking sorta and made a small strip and stuck it on that and now my light switch turns on my tank, it works very good although if it breaks and falls into the tank...
