Just thought i would show you all my home made betta caves, my babies love them, they were made using dessert pots and air line

They do look great. But I don't quite understand about the air line ?? :dunno:

Though sealing the rough edge could perhaps also be done by heating the plastic with a lighter (or similar). Though I suppose this should not be done by kids - as we know what happens when playing with fire :crazy:
 
How do you stop them floating up to the top? are they just pushed into the gravel?

I have no substrate in my divided betta tanks so would need to weight the cave down with something

I like your idea though they're good :D

Here in the UK they usually hold small puddings such as custard, rice pudding, Crème Brûlée etc.
