Holy bubblenest!

None of my boys have ever produced a bubble nest this big before. This is Hagrid the half finned betta that I found in wal mart a couple weeks ago. I originally had him in a 1.5 gal hex, then I played some musical tanks and he found his new home in a 2.5 gal minibow. I think he likes it there. He's been working on this nest for the last couple days now, and I don't think he's done yet! He's working on it right now actually. I think I'll sit down and watch. I haven't watched them build one yet.

Worst part is that today is water change day. I don't want to ruin all his hard work, but I guess I'm gonna have to.

I know what you mean. Batista works so hard on his bubblenests and I feel like I'm letting him down when I have to tear it appart to clean his tank.
