Holes in my red tiger lotus leaves .

My red tiger lotus has holes in the leaves and I've been using root tabs and api leaf zone once a week my question is do yall think it's a nutritional issue lighting issues on pest issue? because I do have ramshorn snails in my tank .and do they grow back together ? Looks like it's mostly on one leaf

I think it's a nutritional deficiency, but I don't remember which it might be. You should look at what your root tabs & leaf zone offer & maybe you can figure it out. I don't think it's the snails or you'd have more than just 1 leaf & more than 1 hole.
