i have a catfish in my tank (60L) it has devolped hole in the head disease , can some please help me by telling me the best way to cure it

I Have treated this 2 times now. I got some rescue fish that had hith. I did daily wc feed differant foods and added fish vitamins to the water. The vitamines help a lot. Clean water is Key keep nitrates under 20 around 10 or 5 is best. also take away all stress treating in a hospital tank helps them heal really fast.
