Hello my fellow fish people! Hope y'all having a smooth fishkeeping day!!
I bought 2 huge HOB filters that I found on Offer Up. They actually came from Japan (translating the directions was a trip). I am currently running the Aqueon Quietflow in my 75g. I hooked up one of them on the other side and it works great! I even made my own filters from the sponge and floss that I got on Amazon! They look like a 2 year old made them but hey .
On a happier note. Remember when I shared with y'all last week that I had rehomed my 3 Dojos? Welp, I was running an errand this morning (that just happened to be next door to the LFS that I rehomed them to . And guess what??!! They were still there!! I have been missing my babies terribly, so much so that I swapped out my gravel for sand so that I could have some Dojos back in my tank. I was BEYOND ecstatic when I saw them and immediately brought them back home!! I swear they knew they were home!! They were a little stressed out from the transport but it didn't take them long at all to settle down and just chill. They didn't pay no mind to my 9 Neon Tetras. One happy fishmamma right here!!
Sorry for the long post, I just had to share my excitement!!
Anyway getting back to my question. I am wondering if running both of the filters might be too much...? What y'all think?
As always, I appreciate all y'all!! TIA!!
