Hm...isnt That Way Overstocked?!

We went for a drink and they had a tank in there. I think it is way overstocked. i think I even see some fish with belly tucked in (if ya know what I mean) - what so you guys think?
Or to chichlids need to be overstocked to reduce aggression (that is what it was said to me, not by the owners of the tank tho) - tho one would think fish would be more aggressive if they are overcrowded?!

In this case the owner is correct, not being an african cichlid person, but I would say they are Mbuna, which in order to spread aggression out, you do indeed overstock.

I am no expert..........yet

But IMO that is a little over stocked.

It is true that Cichlids need to be in larger groups to spread aggression.

But in the same case, Cichlids, just like very other fish, needs their space.

If you look closely at the picture, you can see that almost all the Cichlids in there have their fins tucked close to them, which would indicate that they are stressed out.
