Hitchhiker-needs Identification

Today I was looking into my tank at night and I came along something really creepy! I've been trying to identify it for 2 hours now on the net. I have a picture and I will post it tomarrow.

It looks clear and stretchable. It goes around the tank like a tentacle. One side always stays in the same place. When I flash it, it retracts. When it retracts it looks blobish. Does anyone know what this is off hand? I saw it touching around where my snail was at the moment. Is it aggressive!?

its the one were he draws it as he cant get a good pic i think this is it or it could a spionid worm wich is good

Looks like a spinoid without that tube housing.
