Hi connecting two tanks put only with one heater

Hi i want to connect my 2 tanks but I only have 1 heater and 1 filter how Can I do it?

I imagin you could get a siphon system working... where the water goes to and from each tank, this in theory should help filter and heat both tanks, but i would imagin filtration wouldnt be as good in the tank without the filter.

So... i would go buy a new filter there reasonably cheap.

Also just buy a heater LOL, there cheap as well.
