Hi All...new to forum but not to Aquariums/fish

Look forward to chatting with you all.

currently have 2 tanks
1 x 16 gal
1 x 18gal

18 gal has 6 x guppies 2 glass catfish 1 x pleccy 2 x dwarf gourami 2 x gourami 2x monos, 7 x small green tiger barbs and a frog

16 gal has 1 x lobster 2 x t-barbs, flyiong fox and 2 goldfish (which are huge).

Hope to get and give advice.

With the 18 gallon you seem rather overstocked, how longs it been set up? A well maintained tank can obviously hold more, also why the goldfish in with the tropicals in teh 16 gallon?

Thanks for the replys and welcomes. In answer to the goldfish and 18Gal tank question....The 18 gal tank has been running a couple of months and as the fish grow the bigger species are going into the 16 Gal tank where I keep my bigger fish ...(oh yes there also a green african cichlid in there too). I also think there maybe a difference in US Gallons to UK Gallons but I'm unsure on this. The tank is busy but all seem to be getting on fine. As for the Goldfish I got given 3 LARGE 4 to 5 inch gold fish in a 3 gal tanks and they was falling over each other ....a friend took 1 of them and I really wanted to give them some more space .....so I tried the tropical "big fish" tank and the've been happily in there for 3 weeks now.
