.....2 days after the water change and the water already seems like its wanting to turn cloudy again.. i think when its ready for a week water change im gonna do a 60 percent and rinse my filter ( in my tank water ) and the inside of the filter as well.. ( it seems when i turn my filter back on after its been off, its puffs out cloudy water.. not a whole lot, but u cam see it ) maybe that will help too?

When you've cleaned your filter run it in a container of clean tank water first so that all the gunk gets blown out before putting it back in your tank.

Um after you clean your tank you can put the water conditioner and then wait a few days if it gets cloudy buy some of this stuff called "Water clarifier"
and it will clear the water up just have to wait a few days

yeah.. i know about that stuff.. i will resort to that eventually,if i have to.. but just clarifying the water doesn't necessarily fix the problem.

today is the first day of tank IMPROVEMENT! i'm so excited! water is starting to clear up on its own! i think turning the light cycle down to 8 hrs really helped! makes me think that anything over 10 hrs is just to much! ( or maybe things change with a more established tank ..? )
