In reality, all moderators moderate all the forums. The names are there for the members to know who to contact and if there isn't a name you can contact any mod and it will be passed on to whoever can best help.

I dont think u will get to become a mod if u keep doing that all those posts just is annoying everbody and as well do u know how to do all that mod stuff like html etc??
