hi everyone.
just got myself a fluval roma 125
had many many other tanks but many years ago and since have had kids, moved many times and settled down. tank is up to temperature and has been running for over a week. ready for me to choose my beloved community.HOWEVER yet to test ph etc so will do that tonight and with everything ok start fishing in the next few days. otherwise no fish till all is ok.
thought i would say hello and ill get some pics of the now and the previous tanks.

How will you be cycling the tank? Fish-In or fish-Less?

May I ask why you are doing a fish-in cycle? It's a lot of work, worry and potential harm to the animals for the sake of having a few fish in the tank early.

Give a fishless cycle some research - it saves exposing your fish to toxins and massively cuts down on your workload! Plus, you can add most of your stock all at once when it is over.

What fish are you planning on getting?

thanks all.
will have a read. not done a fish-less cycle before. usually some hardy fish till i figure what type i want. tetras are classed as hardy arnt they?
