Hermaphridite fish?

One of my platies seems to have both a gravid spot and a gonopodium. He/she came from the store that way. The fish does not chase the other girls and the males do not chase it. At first I thought maybe "she" had torn her anal fin, but then I saw her put it forward once. So what do you think?

That's a male.

The so-called 'gravid spot' is not a reliable indication of sex or pregnancy; it can just be part of the fish's gut.

I read somewhere online that the way to tell is by looking at the fin underneath his belly and if it is long and pointy as it is with ur fish it is male. If it were to have a sail-like fin it would be female.
