Heres a couple of piccies of our tank!

As explained in the begginers section we have only had the set up two weeks! It was aquired by my BIL who goes through pets like tapwater (pardon the pun) We had no choice but to move it straight to ours set it up put in the fish and hope for the best! Ive posted more in depth in there and would still be more than greatful of some help!

When we got it it was just a tank with gravel, no plants, the lighting, heating and filter were all inadequate but thankfully so far the fish are doing well!

I know its not much but were kind of proud of it as we have worked so hard to get it right and I dread to think if we started with a 38 inch tank where it could all lead

Sorry they arnt to clear only the light was reflecting as I only just took them and its quite dark in the room!

Oh brother why did I have a feeling someone was going to say that! Better hide this post from OH or there will be another tank added to the collection tomorrow!

I think a friend has another three foot tank she doesnt want any longer and it has all the bits and pieces to it! I run a greyhound and lurcher rescue so currently have four dogs the fish and two rescue ratties in a two bedroomed house!!

I think I may need to acquire a shed and the humans move in there

Managed to get a couple of clearer photos of the tank as its in the day

Just wish I could get a close up on some of the fish but cant so ended up with a close up on a part of the tank

Will try to get some of the bigger fish the pleck is a beaut and a couple of the larger female guppies tails are so pretty!!

My other half is already on about he would like a bigger set up! But there is just no way we could fit another bigger tank anywhere! Which is a shame as I would love more in the future

Thanks Nina It wasnt beautiful when it came believe me! Gravel, fish a heater that was no where near good enough and a filter for a 2ft tank no plants, rocks or ornaments its cost us a bomb to get up and running! My BIL Is big in the pocket department ie money and has over the years purchased many an expensive pet ie pedigree dogs to exotics you name it! Never kept any though

It wont be going anywhere now though
