Does anyone know much about these?
How Big do they get? (ive been told 15cm, is this true?)
What level of the tank are they?
What shoaling numbers should they be in?

Thanks alot, Mikey

I had some of these a lot of years back in 80 gallon tank. 150mm would be a pretty good size for these because frankly, they rarely live that long. They are a flowing water species and need good water conditions and don't tolerate low Oxygen, static environments well. This is not easy to acheive in a typical tank.

The other thing I remember was how skittish they were. The slightest thing would have them jumping and bashing into things or careening at speed into the tank walls, something that accounted for some of the small group I had.

They were harmless enough, and fed okay though.
