Helpwith Id

My local LFS went out of buisness. They had a live rock in one of their established tanks that I wanted. It had a blue zoo on it. Got it home and realized that it had other things on it. Can someone help my id them so I know what to do with them. I took the best pics I could.

First one, Mojano anemone. Kill it now before it has a chance to take over your tank.

Second one, I THINK is a Kenya tree, or similar soft coral

The first is some sort of anemone and the second is a Kenya tree, about 99.9% sure of that.
What a chunk of rock, nice find. Hey Ski do peppermints eat that anemone as well??

No, peppermints only eat aiptasia, scavenge, and occasionally exhibit cleaner shrimp behavior.
