Help!!!!!

A bunch of fish in my tank are getting this disease...i know its not bullying, because some dont have it, and i dont have any agressive fish...Pix:

Is this fin rot I think it may be....PLEASE HELP

The tail is like...gone...the tail was originally black, but now theres only like clear stringish things....with a bit of the black still there.

It sounds bad the fish might not make it, you will need a anti fungus and finrot med if you have no scaless fish add some salt to the tank, also do some salt baths on the affected fish, but I 'm abit scared with the one you have described as the salt might leave the fish with nothing left of it tail so I wouldn't put that one in a salt bath, can you also post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size tank, how many fish and which type.

Don't use salt on the Cory.

If it mainly in your guppies, (i think they are guppies) It normal for guppies to get fin rot. What your water conditions?? how long have you had them??
