can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph,also do they look like white patches on the body, or a film.

Its sort of an opaque filmish looking substance. All of my other fish look healthy. Also if it helps any i just treated an out break of ich a few weeks back.

Try putting some salt in the tank, and even a salt bath, have you kept the fish with neon tetra's.
 
Could it be some kind of fungus or infection? Add some salt (swordtails and other livebearers naturaly preffer to have salt in their water) and add a little melafix to see if that improves the situation. Also consider raising the temperature *slightly* whilst medicating.
