My guppies have cosistently been having white poop for some weeks now (some of which have died), and my ottos have started doing the same (different tank). What is a good and safe medicine that would get rid of internal parasites? Also, would it kill beneficial bacteria? And is it safe for sensitive fishes (I have rams in quarantine with the ottos)?
