This is my girlfriends upside down catfish he / she isn about 3 inches ans has developed a swollen bell over the last two days the pics are not very clear but it gives you a good idea

there are no missing fish thought of that!!!

Do you have any other upside down catfish??

If so maybe you'll be the first to breed them!!!

They don't get dropsy so they....so some other internal infection maybe?? Has its behaviour changed at all?

only had them 3 days yes we do have another which is smaller with a swollen belly but no where near the size of the pong pong ball on the big one.

is there medication to use if it is an internal parasite? what if its babies? are the livebearears?
