HELP!!!!!!!!

I couldn't find one of my female Nannacara today. I found her half dead behind my breeding box. Her mouth is mostly gone, cloudy eyes (that are bloated) and she looks to have some fin damage. I isolated her in floating tank. She's alive but not moving (resting). She can move but i dont want to stress her out. The only meds I have are API fin and body cure. I dosed part of a packet into the 1 gallon tote she's currently in. Help me!! I'plan post pics in a sec.
