Help!

Hello! I’m new to this site and I’m in need of some help/advice!

My male drawf gourami still has this awful cut/ulcer on his side!

Water changes are happening regularly and I’ve added medication/parasite treatment etc to tank!

This photo is him about 10 mins ago, still swimming about as normal and eating! Just won’t seem to heal!

What medication have you used? What size tank do u have and what are the water parameters? Also I domt seem to see your picture
