Help!

One of my fish has what looks like gold dust on the top of his eye. Not on his eye. Is it Velvet? I put in ich meds and Aq Salt. Sorry for the bad pic, its the streak above the eye.

I have to ask, if you think it's velvet why did you put ich meds in?
It's never a good idea to throw meds in before you know what you're treating
