the auction states that its a 22G tank, anything under 30G is considered a nano. Also, if you plan on keeping coral maybe get some updated ligths, depends on what you want to keep. Make sure that he keeps the live rock in water. You migth also want to make sure that he never used any cooper based meds in the tank, or any serious fungal or bacterial problems.
