I'm sorry if this is the wrong area to ask this question, I searched all over as much as possible and didn't know where to ask this. How do I down load a picture from my computer onto a topic, normally there is a place where you can hit browse and apply a picture, some topics I haven't seen that. I do appreciate the help.

You can use a image hosting website to upload your image.

For instance:

http/photobucket.com/
http/imageshack.us/


When you sign up and upload an image, it'll give you a code like http/photobucket.com/blahblahblah

To add an image click the tree icon

at the top of the new message editor and paste in the link for the image.
