Frozen blood worms are a treat for most types of fish, so when you try to just feed the frogs the worms, the danios will eat it. Besides finding another source of food (assuming seperating them isn't an option), you may be able to deliver the worms right to the frog by putting them into a straw and dropping a small amount right to the frog.
