Help!

im so confused i just bough the Tidepool Sos overflow box and im so frustrated because i cant get it to start siphoning. the directions are absolute crap, they dont help at all.

usually you vae to fill them up and then suck all the air out

i have the sameone,did they give you a air tube??? you need to put it thru the plastic siphon piece,make sure that the over flow is full of water on both sides. then you have to suck all the air out to start it. it should flow on it's own.
