search the web for a picture you like copy its address, then hit IMG in your signature and hey presto it appears

If it's one of your pictures, You have to host it on a site like www.photobucket.com first. Then copy the URL for it, which can be found under the pictures, press the IMG button on here, and paste it in. It should show up as a picture. Keep in mind the Signature Guidelines though!
