help with white spot,what more can i do?

hello everyone
just wanted to know if the interpet white spot treatment works,as ive noticed my molly as got white spot so i trested with melafix,but the white spot continued then my guppies caught it too!so i treated the tank today with interpet anti white spot plus no 6 i think,is there anything else you recomend,or will this treatment work

Hi, I haven't used interpet before, but turning up your temp gradually to about 29 will help to speed up the life cycle of ich. Also depending on what other fish you have you can add salt. You can only kill ich when it is free swimming and has left the fish.

Yes, Interpret number 6 does work. As sharktale says, turn your temp up to about 28. Dose the entire tank with #6, measure out very very slightly more into the measuring cup than the chart on the back of the can says. Don't forget to dechlorinate the 500ml of warm water before you add the #6 into it. Interpret say #6 will kill ich after 2 treatments in 7 days, that's never worked for me. You'll probably need to dose 3 or 4 times to get rid of it, then dose once more to kill anything still in the tank.
