Help with test results

Please please please can someone scan in the test results card showing the colors of the results for an api test kit of nitrate (have lost mine)

The colours probably wont look the same if I scan mine in, but I'll try to dig it out. From memory, you want very light yellow, if its amber, orangeor brown you need to step up maintenance and water changes...
