Hi, I've just noticed today that I appear to have a couple of freebie Apple Snails! There is a larger one (although still only about 3mm at the moment) which is now moving around the sand & seems to be leaving a 'stringy' substance behind it & I've also noticed a smaller version or 2 (about 0.5-1mm) in the tank as well. I have Apple Snail shells in as decoration & to use as hiding places for smaller fish - could these have come from there? The shells have been in for about a week & a half & this is the first time I've seen the little'uns! I also have what appears to be a Physa snail, but it looks golden/metallic - is it a Physa snail as I thought they were always brown?
Thanks in advance for your help :good:

sorry hone most free snails are pond snails.
you do need a picture though so we could determined if they are indeed apple or pond snails.
