Help With My Pregnant Cat

i have 2 cats, one of whom who has kittens that are 5 weeks old and my other cat is pregnant and is about to have her kittens any day, the problem im havin is that my pregnant cat is always tryin to feed the other kittens and has now started lifting them and hiding them, is this normal or should i keep stopping her from doing it? any help would be apreciated

I would not worry about it personally has i remember years back when we had a few cats and 2 of them had kittens and was mothering each others

To be on the safe side though, probably best to ring the vets and ask thier advice.

The only problem I could see happens after she has her kittens...If she keeps hiding the others along with her own and there not being enough nipples and milk to go around both litters. Is it possible to separate them? I would do it to be on the safe side..at least until she has her own babies. But 5teady is right..you should call your vet and ask!
