Help With My Bala

Hi All,

I was wondering if you guys could give some advice on what's going on with my Bala shark. I've had him for about 3 weeks now and since I've brought him home, he's started losing scales, his fins are raggedy and now he's got a fuzzy white lump on his face. I think the fuzzy spot is most likely a fungus, but I have no idea why he's losing scales. My water params are: Ammonia - 0, Nitrites - 0, Nitrates 15-20, ph 7.

What other fish are in the tank with him? The fuzzy white stuff on his face is a fungus. Missing scales and a ragged tail sounds like another fish is bullying him.
