I have a tank 2ft x 1 ft at the moment i have 3 angels and 2 mollies. The tank has been running for a while now and i have had some casualties on the way. I would like to build up my tank with a few more fish but im not sure what to put in with angels as i know they are aggressive fish.

Please help me by advising which fish would go in my tank.

i have a piece of driftwood in for decoration, a good filter and temp control is ok

:fun: :fun:

Is your tank 2ft long by 1ft wide? How deep is it? How many gallons?

Angels should be in a tank at least 18" deep and don't mix well with small fish (ie. tetras) unless they have been introduced after the smaller fish and are themselves small (that way they don't see the small fish as prey - hopefully). Also any fish that has a reputation as a fin nipper is a no-no as they will shred the angels fins.

IMO your tank is full already but see what others think.

I agree with the tank size issue mentioned above.

As far as angels being aggressive, IME they are only aggressive towards eachother, and tend to leave the other fish alone as long as they're not spawning.

I have a school of harlequin rasboras (small fish) with my angels, and they make wonderful tank mates.
