Help with Fish Identification

Need some help, at the lfs there is a small (less than an inch) black fish with white spots in the plant tank. I have seen it a couple of times and always forget to ask what it is. It looks really cool, Any ideas??, I would guess some type of cichlid because of its body style but have no clue.

Tropheus duboisi? They're black with white spots when they're young.
