Help With Dwarf Water Lettuce

Hello everyone,
I made an impulse purchase on some dwarf water lettuce off of ebay. Well It showed up not looking to happy so I pulled it out, rinsed it, put it in a bowl of water and set it on the window sill to see if I could liven it up. Now is there something I could do to help bring it back or grow out some? Also these are the first plants I will be introducing to my tank. (besides a Marimo ball) Everything else I have is silk.

My current stocking is
-1 Golden Wonder
-4 Turquoise Rainbows
-1 Kribensis
-1 Blue Ram
-1 Apple snail

Future plans possibly some honey Gourami.

Do yall think that these species will wipe out my water lettuce if I put it in there or should it be ok?

Any liquid plant food will be good in the bowl. Spare Tomatoe feed or house plant etc.
Just don't put that in your main tank.
