Help With Co2

I just made a CO2 system and i bought a diffuser, do i just attach the tubing to the top of the diffuser and im done?

I plumbed mine through an air stone then to inlet of a powerhead. It diffuses really well. I don't know how those diffusers work but I would put it by a current. It takes a while for the bottles to build enough pressure to blow a bubble.
