Help With Clown Loach

One of my clown loaches has developed a very swollen belly area, i know some clown loaches are naturally fatter but this is not normal.
the loach has a very clear centre line and belly has swollen in all directions. Any ideas as to what this could be?

sounds like bloat!!

sorry very hard to treat and when it gets to that point most fish never recover and die

Ive lost 2 fish to bloat and it sucks!! usually cause by bad diet or over feeding....

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish?

Are scales sticking out.
Any lumps beneath the skin.
