hi there!
i currently have 2 bettas (jill and harry), and keep them on a very casual basis.
in short, i am looking to start selling betta fish related products on a dedicated website all about betta fish!
i love the little critters and already have a blog about them, and with myself being a web developer, i thought this would be a good idea!
i really want to keep it related to betta fish though, and not get involved with any other type of aquatic critter.
im genrally pretty clued up on what keeps a betta fish happy.. but i know there is alot more to it when it comes to breeding and products im not aware of etc

so im asking if somebody could please help me out with products i should stock on the site.
is there anything anybody recommends in particular? any very good products? or very bad products i should be aware of?
a long lists would be great, is there a particular pump that is the best? or food, treatments etc etc.
as i mentioned i keep my betta's very casually, but i know alot of you are very much into keeping bettas, and i was hoping for some advice on what the site should stock :)
any ideas for the site itself would also be very helpful!

thanks again for your help in advance!

Rings or something that floats nicely on the surface as a bubble nest base - when doing a water change the nest shouldn't get destroyed as it isn't against glass.

many thanks! this has been noted!

Basic Care Items:

-test kits (API very reliable)
-water conditioner (API also, contains stress relief too)
-Substrate (such as Activ-Betta which contains healthy bacteria that aids the nitrogen cycle)
-betta-friendly plants (any brand of aquarium silk plants)
-food (best flake food= Omega One Betta Flake food) (best pellet food= Tetra Betta Plus mini floating pellets)
-Indian Almond leaves (act as a bed for bettas when resting)
-betta tanks
When it comes to betta tanks I would highly recommend anything above 2.5 gallons.Buying kits (such as Aqueon Betta Bow 2.5 and 5 gallon) that contain a filter, light, and media are a very good choice. Some tanks I recommend are: Fluval Chi, Aqueon Betta Bow 2.5 and 5 gallon, Tetra Cresent, Eco-Pico, and Fluval Edge.
-Heaters ( VERY GOOD HEATERS SUCH AS the Hagen Elite Mini line of heaters)
-Toys(such as floating mirrors that allow bettas to practice flaring, safely.)

Hope this helps!
