Help With A Schizophrenic Common Plec!

Hi. I have a common plec who is now about 6 inches long. Recently he has become very agitated whenever I try to get in and clean the tank. Last week he decided to jump right out! I have a 95L tank with plenty of plant life and hiding places.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can calm him enough so he'll let me get in the tank to do some cleaning?

Yep rehome him, tank is to small for him now already and rehoming any bigger is going to be a problem.

Id agree, if he's already becoming agitated as 6inches, think how agitated he'll be when he gets to 12inches. the most likely reason for him to jump out of the tank was that he was looking for somewhere safe. And being in a 95litre tank, doesnt give him much choice of where he is to go when you invade his territory.
