Help: Why Is My Fish Really Fat?

Hi, 
 
One of the fish in my garden pond is really fat and has been like this for about 3-4 weeks now but it's getting worse by the day. I don't know whether it's pregnant or there is something wrong with it. Not sure what kind of fish it is. It doesn't move much and sometimes faces down the way but still swims about sometimes. Whenever I put food in it will swim to the top and sometimes eat a tiny bit but not much at all. Here's some photos of it...

It looks like dropsy. Sorry I'm not of much help. I don't know very much about pond fish or pond maintenance, hopefully someone with more experience can come along.

Dropsy is the buildup of fluid inside the body cavity or tissues of a fish. As a symptom rather than a disease, it can indicate a number of underlying diseases, including bacterial infections, parasitic infections, or liver dysfunction.
 
If the fish seems to have that inside of the body, i would suggest you treat it with a bacterial medicine to see if that helps with the fish. As most Dropsy(based on posts) is a bacterial infection, so adding a small amount of the medicine could be able to help out this fish

Treatment
The problem with curing a sick goldfish with dropsy is that most obvious symptoms are a sign of late stage dropsy; most cases at this point are terminal an no goldfish care is likely to help. Even if you are able to treat the infection with antibiotics, complete organ failure can likely follow. However, if dropsy is caught early on, a goldfish can survive. Take the sick goldfish and place it into a quarantine tank for treatment. Dropsy isn’t contagious which means it’s not necessary to treat all the goldfish in the tank. In the quarantine tank, add 2 teaspoons per ten gallons of epsom salt to help draw out excess fluids in the goldfish. Epsom salt is different than regular aquarium saltbecause it contains magnesium sulfate not sodium chloride. Next add Maracyn Plus AntiBacteria Therapy or Kanamycin to help treat gram negative bacterial infections and feed the goldfish with antibacterial food or soak fish flakes in Neomycin. Maracyn Plus can be harmful on the kidneys and Kanamycin absorbs into the kidneys better.

Wow, that looks very bad. I third the dropsy diagnosis. While I've never had a fish with dropsy, that fits literally every photo of it that I've seen.
