HELP..white spot...fin rot

hey all, wondering if anyone could help. i have 3 fancy goldfish, black moor, oranda (dont know the name of the other)

one of them got what the lfs guy says is fin rot/fungus, becasue the other two fish keep nipping at his tail..so anyway i bought the anti fungus and finrot medication, when i put it in the fish went all funny, getting drawn up into the bubbles going upside down...so i thought i'd do a water change and i think it made a big diffrence as they are acting normal BUT the oranda still keeps nipping at the fins!!

(what should i do....they are all in a small tank at the moment while i try to get ahold of a bigger one seconf hand, and i dont have any info of water quality becasue i dont know where my test is, am lookin for it!!)

until you get the bigger tank then the nipping will continue and its not guaranteed it will stop when they get moved. Some fish just like the taste of fins and as long as the water is clean with regular water changes then you can add melafix to help keep the fins from getting infected while they heal.
