Yeah, it looked like it could be Hemorrhagic Septicemia, which is internal and has no known cure. It is caused by an internal viral or bacterial infection. I read that you could try to treat by feeding with medicine-treated food using antibiotics.Thanks for the replies, unfortunately the fish passed shortly after I posted. All other fish in the tank seem OK for now. Unfortunately it all happened very suddenly.

Frustratingly I had just finished quarantining some fish in the tank with this fish (for 8 weeks) before moving them into my main tank. So I could have 2 infected tanks.
