Help! Whats Wrong With My Fish?!

Hi 
My danio is acting really weird, but just a second ago he was fine.
He was swimming around completely normal and then he got stuck in a plastic plant and could've easily got out, but he didn't so I moved the plant to free him. Then he started just flowing with the current while sometimes turning upside down and most of the time staying upright (head facing to the surface, tail to the gravel) all the while still breathing heavily.

i have never heard of, or seen a plant where a fish can get stuck in it and not be able to get themselves out....
 
if you have one i would suggest getting rid of it

I'd keep an eye on the fish for a day or so to make sure it's all right. It might have had something else happen to it before you saw it in the plant where it might have been "resting".

Is he doing any better? What are your water params?
