Help! What Type Of Tetra Is This?

Hi! I bought a new little guy today that the fishstore didn't know what he was. They only had one and they said he slipped in by mistake. Sold him to us for 1.45 though! I think he's a type of tetra. He has neon green eyes and is shiny green with a little bit of light blue on the back stripe of his tail. His eyes are bright green and his fins are tipped in black. He also has 2 top fins and the fist one is mostly black. What is he? I couldn't find anything like him in a google search. I'm not too sure how to post pictures but I'm going to try.

Hiya and welcome Maggie.
That fish is not a tetra. Its a Celebes Rainbowfish/Telmatherina ladigesi
I've had a school of these and they are my favorite fish of all time, just bear in mind that these do a little bit better in a neutral pH and with some salt added into the tank (both thing are not necessary)
