i dont know weather to get a gecko or a gunea pig

i want a gecko but now seen guniea pigs and not sure


i need help on gp

cons of a gp is that there kept outside (i cant really inside as nowere for them to go) and we have a dog downstairs. i dont want them outside coz to cold . i dont know what to get???

Read about both pets.
Pigs need a lot of out time, big cages to be happy in and if you can not be there for it alot another pig to keep it company. Big investment in time and money to keep the pigs happy.
Gecko need a tank, heater, things to climb on ect. This all adds up. They do not need as much one on one but they do need care.
Really look up both, you can not learn to much about any pet before you get one.

If you don't have room for a Pig...get a Gecko. Geckos are fun and there are different ones to choose from and some pretty cool colors.

I think you should get a leopard gecko they are great fun! I say a leopard one only because my friend has one and I think he is great, and I would love to have one myself! Yeah guinea pigs are cute and all that but if I had the choice I'd go reptile any time!

I've owned a guinea pig, and I'd go gecko. No offense but the pigs stink. (sorry piggies!!) I kept up with cage cleaning and all, but some just have really ammonia smelling pee. It's strong!

I wouldn't own one to keep it outside either. Could get pretty chilly for the little guy. Sounds like maybe you have a better set up for a lizard? Although I've never owned one... maybe they're stinky too...
