Help Urgent!

Right so im feeding my sun coral in the tub and I go back up to squirt the food back over and my goby had jumped out and was on the floor but I managed to get him back in and he is still alive I think will he be okay and is there anything I can do to help him settle. feed him?

He has just swam around the tank so I hope he is okay but I would of thought my fire fish would of done the leap not a goby that sits on the floor all day.
