Help To Identify Please?

I got this little guy today for nothing as he was being bullied.
As you can see he has lost his tail, although it does not seem to affect him at all, he swims just fine.
 
What i would like to know is what kind of fish he is, i have a feeling that he is a cichlid but not sure what kind.
 
We have called him Nemo because of his fin. its his lucky fin

its an african cichlid, a hap, possibly sp44?? or zebra ob?? sorry I am not that good on africans.
 
To be safe looking at him, if you have a spare tank pop him in there until he is more confident, his belly looks a little sunken see how he feeds and if his belly goes back to normal, if not worm him.

Looks like a tanganyikan cichlid to me probably a newly released tropheus species

From the images I have seen, I think he might be a zebra ob, the lady told me that he does get a red belly

Aw poor fish! So glad you saved him what ever he may be

hope it gets better because it has clamped fins and is looking a bit pale

He looks alot better now that he has settled abit, and he is a courageous little fish, he sticks up for fish being bullied in the tank, its quite funny to watch
